My Oldest Friend
We were once boys in South Africa. Martin's path took him to a life in Israel, mine to the United States. Let me tell you about my oldest friend: by sheer will and unflagging hope, he has made of life a remarkable adventure, overcoming serious diseases with his invincible spirit. He is a grand exemplar of grace under pressure. I am so proud to have him as my friend.
